1. In Australia, the eligibility criteria for professional clients (referred to as `wholesale clients`) are very different from UK/European ones and are only applicable to businesses. Leverage provided to wholesale clients is determined individually, so there are no default leverage rates to be listed on this page.

2. While all retail clients of our UK/European entities have a regulatory protection from negative balances, we also provide professional clients of these entities with negative balance protection as per their respective policies.

3. Guaranteed Stop Loss accounts are available to retail clients of our UK firm in France in compliance with French regulation.
